Parent Event next Thursday

We will be having a FREE PIZZA AND SALAD DINNER for all families of 21CCLC participants next Thursday, November 15 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the high school room 1104 (use west entrance and parking). Please join us and see what the "after school program" is all about while enjoying some free vittles! Don't cook next Thursday and come have pizza on us!

The 21st Century Student Lounge is a great resource for Middleton High Schoolers. Whether they are looking to recover some credits, get some help on a specific topic or just hang out, the lounge can meet all your needs...

21st Century Lounge HOURS OF OPERATION

Monday-3:10-5:45 p.m.
Tuesday-3:10-5:45 p.m.
Wednesday-3:10- 5:45 p.m.
Thursday-3:00-5:45 p.m.
Friday-3:00-5:45 p.m.

The program is provided free if charge for the youth of Middleton. Both traditional school day and non-school day youth are welcome. Enrollment applications are available in the High School Main office and Counseling offices.

To sign up...
1.)Get an application from the Main Office or the Counseling office

2.)Complete the application and submit it to the Main office or the Counseling office

3.)Sign in on the SIGN IN sheet.

The Basics

Here a couple of details about what the Lounge offers...and how to take advantage of them.

Credit Recovery- Talk to a high school counselor and learn which courses you need. Get enrolled, attend the program and DO WORK! Credits are at your pace and it's your responsibility to get them taken care of.

Homework Help- Having trouble mastering a certain concept? Want to see that formula worked 1 more time? Each day at the lounge has 1 hour dedicated to academics, this time is your time to get the info you need to succeed.

SNACK- Everyday at the lounge begins with some grub. Your body and brain need fuel, so we will supply you with some if you attend. However, if you eat the snack, you are on the hook for the homework.

Enrichment- The topics are endless. Whatever you are into, we can help you spend an hour a day doing it, within reason. Want to biuld a Lego Robot? Done. Want to learn test taking strategies? Done. Want to play disc golf with friends? Done. Want to watch movies on a big screen and lounge on bean bags? Done. This space is yours, own it.
